🚗 Option B: Traveling with a Car (Car Ferry)

If you are driving a vehicle to the island, you must use the large Ro-Ro car ferry.

Departure Port: Gaženica Port (Luka Gaženica - the large commercial port located a few kilometers south of the old town center)

Destination on Island: Bršanj port (the dedicated car ferry terminal on Iž)

Travel Time: ~1 hour and 25 minutes

Operator: Jadrolinija (Line 435)

💡 Pro-Tip: We highly recommend buying your ferry tickets in advance using the Jadrolinija mobile app. If traveling with a car, please arrive at Gaženica port at least 45 minutes before departure to secure your spot in the boarding lane.
